EuroUSC Italia is a company active in the field of non-military Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS or “drones”) offering training for remote pilots and related instructors, legal and safety risk assessment and mitigation, support to manufacturers and operators to prepare manuals and to comply with regulations. In particular it has a world leading role for higher education courses on the international civil regulation of drones and civil aviation regulation in general.




Discover the Basic Harmonised Remote Pilot Competence (BHRP-C), the certificate that attests the professionalism of remote pilots and of operators to safely fly RPAS (drones) and includes the Operations Manual.
The BHRP-C has been developed for the operation of RPAS with a Maximum Take-Off Mass of less than 25kg that are used for aerial work in the open (A) and specific (B) categories.
