The UAS crew conduct is decisive to determine the success of flight operations and avoid accidents. The introduction of automated systems and artificial intelligence has not completely ruled out the intervention of human factors. Knowing the cognitive skills and the communication and interpersonal relationship processes that are activated to achieve a better level of situation awareness, problem-solving and decision-making are necessary to know how to better manage the danger and minimize the risk of an accident in flight.
